Increase Car Registration Fees
Our boy Mark Leno wants to allow cities to do it if they want to, and I say go ahead. Anything that gets drivers to pay their fare share for the damage they do to the city is a good thing. And if the Governator wanted to be Preznit of the United States, he’d do well to start playing more nicely with Dems, but that’s his call.
