I have been becoming more aggressive with these rude joggers, yelling at them to move and such and will continue to do so. As far as I'm concerned, these runners are unsafe, and what they're doing should be illegal (well it is in some places) and enforced . Thanks for letting me vent. I got in a bad bike accident thanks to dodging an non-yielding runner and the lovely scars on my leg will be permanent. "you have to follow the rules" (SAW). Im not going to rip you a part with an engineered metal apparatus -- but it makes it a lot easier for everyone.
