Bike/Walk Path Along High-Speed Rail Line?

The SMART folks are doing it.
It would allow folks to ride their bikes to the train stations from further away. It’s conceivable that the stations - far apart - would be major affairs, possibly with commuter shower facilities, etc. If we get on it early, we might be able to see it happen. They’re going to be putting down a railroad - I’m guessing a little extra pavement off to the side is possible.
