David Hill Video Interview
David Hill is about to be our new ‘deputy director of bus operations’ at SFMTA. The local paper in Birmingham, Alabama has a quick video ‘exit interview’ with Mr. Hill, in which he rips local Birmingham politicians for not funding mass transit.

That ending is a zinger… “As I look at the headwinds, I don’t see the weather changing at all in this region. I wish I could be more optimistic and I hope somebody proves me wrong. But the reality is that this region is going to continue to do what they’ve always done and that’s nothing.†Ouch. I hope he brings that zest to SF, too!
