The light works fantastically and is a huge improvement. Big ups to the SFBC. I have seen a few cyclists blow through the red light and cut in front of left-turning cars, which isn't cool, but it was just after the lights were installed so I just chalked it up to confusion.

The Oak trail of the park is reserved for pedestrians, so they can walk around without having to worry about bikes zipping past. It doesn't seem like that big of a deal on a bike, but especially for people with dogs it's nice to have a walking-speed path to be on. The panhandle gets so much bike traffic that limiting it to one side makes sense to me, although I agree that the lane seems rather narrow at times.
